Every December, Spotify Wrapped arrives with its usual spectrum of playful visualisations and unexpected statistics.
This year, mine included something I didn’t expect at all:
Spotify placed me in the Soft Hearts Club — and, to my surprise, named me one of its Leaders.

At first, it felt like something whimsical, a charming detail inside a music report.
But the more I sat with it, the more I realised how deeply it resonated with my year — and with the work I do in AI, digital heritage, and human transformation.
Because being a “Soft Heart” is not a sentimental identity.
It’s a skill, a framework, and, I believe, a future direction for technology.
In a world driven by efficiency, optimisation, and acceleration, qualities like sensitivity or vulnerability are often dismissed as weaknesses.
Yet in practice — especially in the world of AI and transformation — it is softer intelligence that changes systems, cultures, and people.
Soft hearts:
These qualities shaped my year more than any KPI, project, or hard skill could.
